Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 14.00 hrs.
We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 11.00 am.
If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., please let us know by telephone.

Payment method

Cash payment, EC card (with secret number), bank transfer only in advance.

pets

Only bookable with advance reservation, 9,00 € / day (without food) – please bring your own dog blanket and basket.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot allow pets in the restaurant and wellness area out of consideration for other hotel guests.
We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required.

Cancellation at the hotel and in the holiday flats by the traveller before the start of the journey.

Cancellation: Room cancellations are only valid in writing. However, we ask for your understanding that a cancellation free of charge is only possible up to 6 weeks before your arrival date.
If the cancellation period is less than 6 weeks, we will have to charge the statutory cancellation fee of 60% of the room rate. This also applies to late arrivals or early departures.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
